ABOUT LARKIN TRAINING ROOM
Larkin Training Room was established in 2017. We are conveniently located in Larkinville, one of Buffalo's best neighborhood success stories. We believe that fitness is not a hobby, but a way of life. We founded our gym to be a welcoming, fun community for all of our members. Whether you exercise every day or you’ve never stepped into a gym before, Larkin Training Room can help shape the new you. Owner and certified personal trainer Robin Paget holds multiple certifications in the functional training domain, including TRX, DVRT Ultimate Sandbag, and the Functional Movement Screen.

WHAT DO I GET AS A MEMBER?
STRATEGY SESSION
Make a blueprint for success.
All new members receive a complimentary strategy session. In this session, we go over your health and training history, exercise goals, and perform a Functional Movement Screen to determine the best starting point for your personalized training program.


INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM DESIGN
2 hours/week Semi-Private or One-on-One Sessions
Whether you sign up for one-on-one training or semi-private, all members receive a customized training program. A resistance program is written specifically for your goals and abilities and updated every 4-6 weeks.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
The future of personal training
Not only is semi-private personal training more affordable than one-on-one, it's more fun! Be a part of a healthy, fitness-minded community. All members still get an individual program and attention, and you might find some new friends too.
However, if you feel more comfortable and confident with one-on-one training, we offer that, too!
