I understand that the current fitness landscape can seem overwhelming, intimidating, or even unwelcoming. I design exercise programs based on your goals that use your full body to get stronger, boost your metabolism, and feel better. You will receive expert coaching that meets you where you are right now so that you can reclaim your health and fitness and build your strength! Whether you’re in your 20’s or your 80’s, I can design an exercise program that’s right for you in an environment that is supportive and inclusive.
I established Larkin Training Room in Buffalo, New York in 2017. I love working with older adults and those who have never felt comfortable in a traditional gym setting, but who want to get stronger and move better. Fitness should be safe, fun, and effective.
In 2022, I relocated to Olympia, Washington, where I provide customized in-home strength training, personal training at the gym in Views on Fifth in downtown Olympia, and private or group Animal Flow sessions. Animal Flow is a ground-based movement system that builds mobility, strength, and power through a blend of animal poses, transitions, and crawling patterns.
As an AFAA-certified personal trainer, I have completed multiple fitness specialties and modalities, including certifications from TRX, Dynamic Variable Resistance Training, Functional Movement Systems, Functional Aging Institute, Les Mills, and Animal Flow. With the skills I have developed in years of learning, I create balanced, full-body workouts to help you feel stronger
and move better.

All new clients receive a complimentary strategy session. In this session, we go over your health and training history, exercise goals, and perform a movement assessment to determine the best starting point for your personalized training program.
INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM DESIGN
Semi-Private or One-on-One Sessions
Whether you sign up for one-on-one training or semi-private, all clients receive a customized training program. A resistance program is written specifically for your goals and abilities.
